I stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room, which had a super comfy large bed and a flat-screen TV with all the streaming options—definitely a nice touch! Plus, the atmosphere in the bar was great fun, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cappuccinos were seriously the best I've ever had! The location was also spot on, just a short drive from the nearest motorway, making it super convenient.

Fantastic food and ambiance!
I loved the new restaurant. The lamb croquettes were bomb and the burger hit the spot. Truffle chips as a side? Yes, please! Honestly, the portions were generous which was great. Just a heads up, the service was a bit slow with only a couple of waiters for a full crowd. a good vibe!

Oh, mate, the breakfast was a proper treat! The full English had everything you could ask for, quality bacon, eggs done right, and a lovely vibe in the bar area. The room was massive and spotless. The staff were top-notch, making you feel right at home. Best surprise? Free nearby parking! Just what you need when visiting London.
Only thing to grumble about was that it gets a bit toasty on the second floor since the windows barely open, and they've got no lift. Bit of a hassle but not a deal-breaker.

would like to stay there on the next trip
The hotel has large rooms with comfy beds and nice amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked hospitality tray. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, but there was just one staff member serving. The bar was cozy with reasonably priced drinks.

The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch for our stay. Breakfast had plenty of options and was definitely a highlight. the fire alarm disrupted our sleep, and there seemed to be a lack of communication during that incident, which was concerning. a decent stay with some improvements needed in emergency protocols.

nice air conditioning, clean bathroom, effective blinds
Disgusting wall stains in the room!!! The carpets need serious cleaning, and the TV remote was a health hazard. An urgent upgrade of the entertainment options is essential, as there are no streaming services available!!!
